From Canadian border:
Take highway 91 South to Orleans. Take Route 100 West to intersection of Route 58 and Route 100, continue West on Route 58 about 3.5 miles to Green Hill Road - Hazen's Notch Campground.


From Burlington:
Take Route 15 East towards Johnson, turn left onto VT Route 100c North, to Vt-100 N, then left onto VT-58. From intersection of Route 58 and Route 100 continue West on Route 58 about 3.5 miles to Green Hill Road - Hazen's Notch Campground.
